Most of the time software is an easy thing to install and the software provider offers tech support.  Most of the time software installs easy, but has problems that just don't want to resolve themselves.  Some software like inventory systems can give problems later on if not setup correctly at the start.  We don't claim to know the ins and outs of all software, but we do know how to find out.

Part of your money savings, is having you do part of the work, we give guidance.  You can always ask for some recommendations and do what you want, and only use remote assistance, on-site assistance or over the phone assistance when you need it.  This allows you to find the most economical option that works with your knowledge.  We can also train you on how to do these tasks on your own.
